As each print is printed-on-demand to minimise the effects of overconsumption, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on our products.

If you have any problems with your order however, please reach out via phoebeonthewall@gmail.com and we will be happy to help!

Our prints are shipped in robust and protective flat cardboard packaging to ensure a safe delivery. Depending on your location, sizes bigger than A4 may be shipped in a postal tube.

Please note packaging is purposefully minimal for sustainability purposes.

All Prints are printed on 200gsm card with a semi-glossy finish to enhance all the colours, and are made of a durable and long-lasting Artist-grade quality. The shine of the card protects against fading from light and moisture.

If you are looking for one of our prints in an alternative size or colour, please send over your request either via the contact form or phoebeonthewall@gmail.com with as much detail as possible so we can do our best to accommodate!

Unfortunately we do not currently take full custom requests.

All prints are made from FSC-certified or equivalent paper, supporting sustainable practices. Packaging is fully recyclable and kept minimal to avoid overconsumption.
